Pay My Rent focuses on much more than simply accepting payments for an apartment community. The main focus is keeping residents happy where they live, as well as making people want to live in a community that can offer them a PayMyRent.Net account. This is done mainly through various community-specific online tools and rewards that range in function from classified ads, to chat applications, to welcome packages complete with driving directions and printable coupons. The most effective program, however, seems to be resident rewards in which simply paying online with a credit card gives the resident a chance to win actual prizes, all of which are paid for by Pay My Rent, not the community.Products And Services
PayMyRent.Net is an online solution which comes as one bundle, including permanent (and free) upgrades for as long as you are part of the PayMyRent Community. There are four individual applications which integrate seamlessly with each other and most Community Reporting Software. These applications include one for each of the following:The Corporate Controller

Each of these accounts are set up quickly and easily, with only a bare minimum amount of Data-Entry.
The Corporate Controller Application is simply an overview and reporting tool used by large management companies with multiple properties in different locations. This will allow quick access to each of the individual community reports as generated by PayMyRent.Net.
As part of the on-site management team, you will have access to the Management Team application. Once logged in, a member of the team will be able to check individual payments and generate reports for the financials of the PayMyRent.Net Product. In addition to handling monies, the management team will have access to maintenance requests, bulletin board and news letter creation, community event scheduling and much more. Management will also be able to set up the Resident Welcome Package with any local deals and / or advertising.
When logging in as a resident, all of the local information you need is right there at your fingertips. There is no need to go searching the area because you are new to town and don't know where anything is. The welcome package set up by your Management Team is only a click away, and includes everything you need including coupons and door-to-door driving directions. And of course, while you are logged in you should set up your re-occurring credit card / ACH payments so you are never again late to pay rent!
All of these services, as well as services yet to come, are available free of any type of Pay My Rent charge.
