Property Managers Benefits and Features
Forms are provided for bulletins, events, and even newsletters that will automatically be distributed throughout the community via e-mail and eventually text-messaging.
Local and National Advertising
Certain designated sections of the resident interface will have the ability to accept advertising online. These sections can be sold to any and all advertisement on a community by community basis. The monies of much of this advertising can be used to offset the fees associated with accepting Credit Cards.
A one time setup process is needed in order to supply your residents with all the information needed for people new to the area. Do you have a contract with a local company? Enter their name, address, phone number and any coupons or discounts that may be associated, and the information (including automatically generated driving directions) will be available to your residents any time they choose to use them.
As a new member of the Pay My Rent community, our developers will work with you to custom design the interface which your residents will see. Everything from the colors, to the fonts, to the pictures, to the menu's are completely customizable. This will ensure that the look and feel of the site will never stray to far from your current community website.
Online Applications and Real Time Availability Listings
PayMyRent will track your apartment availability, and offers a simple interface to search though and allow people to apply. All of the data is managed on Pay My Rent servers, keeping the load on the communities web servers at a minimum.
Residents are provided an interface to submit maintenance requests. These requests are then sent to administration via e-mail or even text-message so that the priority can be set and action can be taken. Included in this feature is a method to provide the resident feedback on the progress of the work being performed.
To ease printing and reporting to higher level management, or simply printing a receipt for a resident, every report generated by Pay My Rent can be exported and/or saved in one of five formats: JPG, PDF, HTLML, DOC, XLS.
Property Management Software Integration
We understand that entering data more than once is a complete waste of time. If your community currently uses online reporting software (i.e. Yardi), Pay My Rent will work with you to integrate
