Paul D. Allen President and Founder Paul D. Allen is the President and founder of Pay My Rent. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's strategy, operations and results. Throughout his career Paul has been acknowledged for outstanding performance and accomplishments in his role as an engineer. He has implemented significant improvements to the daily operations of the company. He constantly excelled in his previous groups as he oversaw teams of designers. Paul is responsible for the design and implementation of numerous consumer products and web applications used in many companies, including Schick© and Teradyne, Inc. The success of his many online applications, logically, led to the creation of Pay My Rent, his most significant and robust undertaking thus far. Paul holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
Kristine Maniago Sollami Executive Vice President of Technology Kristine M. Sollami is Executive VP of Technology and brings a unique blend of business development, design, technological implementation, and financial services experience to Pay My Rent. She offers the development of leading edge technology solutions in areas of payment processing, data security, enterprise software design, and web-based business to business integration services.
Dave O'Rourke Vice President of Operations and Client Management Dave has 20 years of Client Service and Operational experience. Dave has a track record of building first class services organizations that lead clients to success. Dave is driven to develop partner programs and implementation of innovative programs that drive results for clients. Prior to PayMyRent.net Dave worked for GE Spacenet, Gilat LA, and Trillion Partners as Director of Operations leading Network Operations, Field Services, and Engineering team. Dave is an active community member volunteering as a Mentor in the Round Rock TX school district.

PayMyRent.Net was started as a way to solve a problem that many people face every month - the major annoyance of paying rent. Logically, the idea came that we should all be able to pay rent online with a credit card, and thus reap the benefits that are offered with so many of our high-interest cards. If we are going to give them our hard earned money, why shouldn't we get thousands of their "points" every month?

PayMyRent.net focuses on much more than simply accepting payments for an apartment community. The main focus is keeping residents happy where they live, as well as making people want to live in a community that can offer them a PayMyRent.Net account. This is done mainly through various community-specific online tools and rewards that range in function from classified ads, to chat applications, to welcome packages complete with driving directions and printable coupons. The most effective program, however, seems to be resident rewards in which simply paying online with a credit card gives the resident a chance to win actual prizes, all of which are paid for by Pay My Rent, not the community.
