With the introduction of PayMyRent.net Demo accounts, the signup fee has been waived. Feel free to test the product on your own time without worrying about signup costs. For that matter, there are no costs for the service for 6 months. If you don't like it, feel free to cancel at any time. The only thing you pay for are items you choose to use such as background/credit checks.
