Residents who decide to sign up for re-occurring payments will be entered into a lottery to win rewards directly from Pay My Rent. These rewards will include items such as gift certificates to participating stores, cash, or even discounts on rent. This is offered without the community's involvement, and therefore costs the community nothing.

Residents who cannot afford their rent on their own can finally get a break. PayAssist from Pay My Rent allows a resident to request assistance from a third party. Any email address can be entered and a link to a secure payment form is sent to the recipient who can then pay by e-check or credit card. When a payment is made, it is credited to the resident account.
This has proved most useful to students needing their parent’s help, roommates who are rotating who pays which month, and spouses whom have complications such as separatation or divorce.

The Welcome Package which was set up by administration will contain everything needed to know to get around the new town. Driving directions, phone numbers, coupons, and even the area map are all provided with a few clicks of the mouse.

The community events section provides a calendar of events which is automatically updated the instant it is modified by the management team. Dates, times, locations and any other information about the even can be easily viewed simply by clicking on the event title.

ResidentChat is a "Stand-Alone" application which installs to the managers desktop. This application allows any resident to chat directly with the manager when he/she logs into the resident portal provided by Pay My Rent.
In addition, ResidentChat can be configured to allow anyone browsing the Community website to chat with the management team, allowing prospective residents to get their questions answered instantly.
